The Church of the Nazarene is engaged in missions work in over 150 countries around the globe. Jesus told his followers to be his disciples in Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria and to the ends of the earth. We have a responsibility to minister, not only in our own communities, but also globally.
Engage Magazine provides up-to-date information regarding the global ministries of the Church of the Nazarene and practical ways in which you can get involved.
Our Work and Witness program sends thousands of volunteers around the world each year helping with construction and educational projects. The East Ohio District has a Work and Witness team that goes out annually. To be a part of this team feel free to contact the district office.
Nazarene Disaster Response sends out teams both in North America and around the world in the case of natural and man-made disasters. The East Ohio District of the Church of the Nazarene has a response team and those interested in being on-call as a part of this team are encouraged to contact the district office.
Volunteers are always needed at numerous sites around the world. Naz Serve is a great way to get involved in either short-term or long-term missions projects.
